Osztrosits Eszter was born in 1992 and took her first violin lessons when she was eight. Between 2010–2015, she was Katalin Kokas’s student at the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music in Budapest. She has been active as a soloist, among others, with the Austro-Hungarian Haydn Orchestra and the Savaria Symphony Orchestra. She has attended a number of chamber music festivals, such as the Budapest Spring Festival, the Lockenhaus Chamber Music Festival or Kaposfest. In 2014, she collected the special prize of the National Ede Zathureczky Violin Competition and the Award of Excellence of the Ernő Dohnányi Chamber Music Competition. In 2015, she was selected as a member of the European Union Youth Orchestra, and in 2017, she was granted the Annie Fischer Scholarship.
