Gáspár Kelemen began his musical studies in 2012 as a student of Éva Ácsné Szily, and at the age of 11 he was accepted to the Academy of Music's Training School for Extraordinary Talents, in Eszter Perényi's class. From the autumn of 2022, he will continue his studies at the Yehudi Menuhin School in London, as the first ever Hungarian student in the history of the institution. In 2015 he won the first prize at the Gianluca Campochiaro International Competition in Sicily, in 2016 he was finalist in the Virtuosi talent contest Budapest, and in 2019 he won the Grand Prize of the XVI János Koncz National Violin Competition Hungary. Later, he won 3rd prize at the 1st Hubay Jenő International Violin Competition, 4th prize at the International Georg Philipp Telemann Violin Competition in Poland, and 1st prize and several special prizes at the 4th Fehér Ilona International Violin Competition, from the Mendelssohn Chamber Orchestra, the Miskolc Symphony Orchestra and the Zemplén Festival among others. As a soloist he has performed with the MÁV Symphony Orchestra conducted by Gábor Takács-Nagy and with Concerto Budapest conducted by András Keller.
