He began his musical education with Nairi Grigorian when he was four years old. At the age of 15, he was exceptionally admitted to Higher Conservatory of Music in Zaragoza, where he studied under the tutorship of Iván Cítera and obtained a first-class bachelor’s degree with honours. He completed the master’s degree in 2016 at the Hochschule für Musik Carl Maria von Weber in Dresden, under the direction of Winfried Apel, and is currently a doctoral student of Alexandre Moutouzkine at the Manhattan School of Music in New York. Alberto Menjon is a prize winner of several international piano competitions, he has given concerts in Europe and Americas, participated in several acclaimed music festivals, as well as worked with many conductors as a soloist accompanied by orchestras.
