2017 Violin Competition application deadline closes on 26 March
We kindly ask our future contestants not to submit their online application in the last minute.
The application deadline for the International Violin Competition from 10 to 17 September, 2017 organised for the first time by Liszt Academy within the framework of the Bartók World Competition & Festival is 23.59 (CET), 26 March, 2017. Before completing the online application form, it is highly recommended to study the Application material, the Repertoire and the User's Guide for the online application.
We kindly ask you not leave the completion of the application form to the last minutes before Midnight, 26 March. Should you have any questions, doubts or problems, don’t hesitate to contact the Secreteriat of the Bartók World Competition & Festival at bartokworldcompetition [at] lisztacademy [dot] hu.
The uploaded videos will be evaluated by a three-member jury consisting of the professors of the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music, the violinists Vilmos Szabadi, Géza Kapás and Péter Kováts. The names of the shortlisted contestants following the online round will be published on the competition website by 15 April, 2017 at the latest.
